Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time for our white-glove team to collect the items from your home.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
